Miriam emphasizes listening and understanding the current context before designing strategies, ensuring solutions are practical, effective, and sustainable. Her extensive background in research and evaluation informs her work, particularly in developing and measuring workplace diagnostics to track progress and outcomes.

Associate Professor Terry Fitzsimmons is a gender equality expert, academic, board member, and Chartered Accountant, and serves as the Managing Director of the Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC). He is passionate about advancing workplace gender equality and promoting diversity more broadly.

Drawing on his industry experience and extensive academic research, Terry focuses on practical solutions informed by rigorous evidence. His approach balances immediate, meaningful interventions with long-term strategies, helping organisations make sustainable progress in gender equality.
